14.4. Replacement of an epiploon of the leading gear wheel of the main transferWe perform work on a viewing ditch or the elevator. We hang out the back bridge.
We merge oil from a case of the back bridge (see. "Replacement of oil in the back bridge").
We take out half shafts (see. "Removal of a half shaft and replacement of an epiploon")
We disconnect the back driveshaft from a flange of the leading gear wheel of the back bridge (see. "Removal of cardan transfer").
Dynamometer key with a head "on 30" we turn clockwise the leading gear wheel for a nut of fastening of a flange and we define the moment of resistance to its rotation.
To small beards we straighten the fillet of a nut of fastening of a flange rumpled in a groove of a shaft of the leading gear wheel.
We insert bolts into two nearby openings of a flange and navorachivay on them nuts.
The assembly shovel implanted between bolts we hold a flange from a provorachivaniye and a head "on 30" we turn off a nut of fastening of a flange.
Tweezers we take a washer from a flange pro-point.
We remove a flange from shliyets of the leading gear wheel.
If the flange descends from shliyets hardly, we press it a stripper.
Assembly shovel we hook an epiploon...
... also we take out it.
We grease a working edge of a new epiploon with Litol-24 lubricant...
... also we press it in a nest of a case of the back bridge a suitable piece of a pipe.
We establish a flange and a washer on a shaft of the leading gear wheel. We tighten a nut of fastening of a flange before coincidence of size of the moment of resistance to rotation of a gear wheel (we determine by indications of a dynamometer key) with earlier measured size (see a photo 1). Zakernivayem nut. Further assembly and installation of knots is carried out in the return sequence.
