5.9. Removal of a cable of the drive of butterfly valves of the carburetor

The cable of the drive of butterfly valves of the carburetor on cars with engines UEPA-331 and VAZ-2106 is established almost equally except for fastening of a cover of a cable. On the engine UEPA-331 the cover of a cable fastens to the arm established on two hairpins of fastening of the carburetor to an inlet pipe, and on the VAZ-2106 engine — to an arm of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

Operations on dismantle of a cable are shown on the car with the engine UEPA-331. We remove the case of the air filter (see. "Removal of the case of the air filter").

By the Shlitsevy screw-driver it is hooked and we remove a plastic tip of a cable from a carburetor lever lug.

Two keys "on 13" raskontrivay nuts of fastening of a cover of a cable of the drive of gates to an arm.

We bring a cable out of an arm cut.

In salon in the top part of a pedal of the drive of butterfly valves we bring a cable tip out of a pedal cut.

Having taken out the rubber plug of a cover of a cable from an opening of a motor board...

... we remove a cable.

We establish a cable in the return sequence, checking whether butterfly valves open completely and closed. If necessary we regulate the provision of a cover of a cable nuts.
