4.17. Removal of a cover assembled the pump of cooling liquid on the car with the VAZ-2106 engine

We perform work on the cold engine.

We merge cooling liquid (see. "Replacement of cooling liquid on the car with the VAZ-2106 engine").

So far the belt of the drive of the pump of cooling liquid is tense...

... a cap key "on 13" we weaken three bolts of fastening of a pulley of the drive to a flange of a shaft of the pump of cooling liquid.

We take off a belt (see. "Adjustment of a tension and replacement of a belt of the drive of the pump of cooling liquid on the car with the VAZ-2106 engine") and finally we turn off bolts of fastening of a pulley.

We remove a pulley.

Cap key "on 17" we turn off a nut of fastening of an adjusting level of the generator to a cover of the pump of cooling liquid.

We take away the generator from the engine, removing a tension level from a pump cover hairpin.

Cap key "on 13" we turn off four nuts of fastening of a cover of the pump of cooling liquid to the case.

We uncover assembled with the roller and a krylchatka.

Connection of a cover of the pump with the case is condensed with laying.

We establish a pump cover assembled in the return sequence.

Removal of a pump housing of cooling liquid is shown in the subsection "Dismantling and Assembly of the Engine".
