21.6. Removal of the case of a heater, control unit of a heater and air ducts of the dashboard

The case of a heater is removed for replacement at its deformation, damage of gates and leakage of connections of air ducts.

We remove the dashboard (see. "Removal of the dashboard").

The Shlitsevy screw-driver we hook a bracket of fastening of a cover of draft of control of the top gate...

... also we remove a bracket.

The crosswise screw-driver we unscrew the self-tapping screw of fastening of thirst for the top gate.

The bracket of fastening of a cover of draft of control of the lower gate is removed similarly...

... and we shift draft the screw-driver from the probe of the lever of the lower gate.

We remove the control unit of a heater with drafts.

Drafts are disconnected from the control unit of a heater similarly.

For removal of the case of a heater we disconnect hoses from a heater radiator (see. "Removal of a radiator of a heater").

Head "on 10" we turn off four nuts of fastening of the case of a heater to a body.

We remove the case of an otolitel from hairpins and we take out it.

We release fastening of a radiator (see. "Removal of a radiator of a heater")...

... also we take out a radiator from the case.

By the Shlitsevy screw-driver it is hooked eight brackets connecting parts of the case of an otolitel.

We separate the heater case.

For removal of air ducts on the dismantled dashboard...

... the crosswise screw-driver we unscrew the self-tapping screw of fastening of the left side air duct to the central air duct.

We remove the left side air duct.

By the crosswise screw-driver it is turned off four self-tapping screws of fastening of the right arm to the dashboard.

Similarly we disconnect the left arm.

We remove central and right side air ducts from the dashboard...

... also we exempt them from arms.

At installation of the case of a heater and air ducts of the dashboard porolonovy a sealant we replace new.
